RV Site Rates

Back-In Sites Include 30/50-amp electric hook-ups and 1 vehicle.

Additional Parking $10 Daily / $50 Monthly (Vehicle, Boat or ATV). There is limited availability.

NOTES & PARK RULES
  • Check-out Time: 11:00AM
  • Check-in Time: 1:00PM
  • Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 8:00AM. No loud music or gatherings that bother other guests
  • Speed Limit: 5mph always
  • Pets: All pets must be approved by Willie’s in advance. No more that 2 pets per site. Pets must be always on a leash no longer than 6ft when outside. Pets must be attended to when outside. Aggressive and noisy pets will not be allowed. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste immediately. Pets are not allowed in the Laundry or Restrooms. Willie’s reserves the right to restrict any pet or aggressive breed pet.
  • Guests: The RV rate includes 2 people per site. Additional people are $5 a day or $100 a month. 4 people maximum per site. All guests must be approved by Willie’s in advance.
  • Site Assignment: All sites must be assigned by Willie’s
  • Parking: Only one RV and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must be approved by Willies in advance. If available, the additional parking site for Autos/Boats/ATVs will be assigned by Willie’s. Additional parking sites are $50 a month.
  • Trash: Guests are responsible for placing all trash in dumpster on property. Trash or trash can are not allowed outside of RV. Only regular garbage in a trash bag is allowed in dumpster. No heavy trash, furniture, chemicals, paint allowed in dumpster. Any guest observed leaving unapproved trash will be required to remove and pay for any extra fees charged to Willie’s
  • Firearms: Prohibited on property without State of Texas License to Carry Permit
  • RV Condition: All RV’s must be approved in advance by Willie’s. RV’s must be in full working condition and safe for occupancy. RV’s must be kept clean and free of dirt, mold, and graffiti
  • Site Condition: All furniture, décor, grills must be approved by Willie’s in advance. We reserve the right to restrict all items placed on the site outside of the RV. Any item that is not approved must be placed in black containers and under the RV.
  • Sewer Connections: All sewer connections must be raised/sloped off the ground and have an airtight seal.
  • Smoking/Drugs/Alcohol: Smoking/Alcohol consumption not permitted inside Laundry Room or Restrooms. There will be ZERO tolerance for illegal drugs on the property. Willie’s will immediately, without notice, bring in law enforcement if there is even the slightest suspicion of drug use/activity.
  • Laundry: Laundry machines are free at Willies. We ask that no more than two loads are done at a time if other guests are waiting to use machines
  • Ice Machine: Ice is free, however, the machine can only produce a certain amount of ice a day. Do not fill up coolers. Ice is intended for daily RV use.
  • Security/Cameras: Cameras are property of Willie’s. All video records are property of Willie’s exclusively. Guests will be provided door lock codes for restrooms and Laundry/Ice room. These facilities are intended for Willie’s guests only.
  • Liability: Willie’s RV Haven is not responsible for loss or damage to any guest’s property due to theft, fire, vandalism, accidents, weather, or any other Act of God. Guests of Willie’s RV Haven expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and are responsible for carrying personal property insurance. In addition, damages of any kind caused by guests or guests’ visitors shall be billed to the lessee of record.
